Our goal is to provide our customers with all of the information needed to make informed decisions about their DIY projects. We are committed to providing a safe, secure, and user-friendly experience for all of our customers. We understand that each project is unique and we strive to offer a wide variety of materials, tools, and services to accommodate any budget or skill level. With this in mind, we have compiled a list of frequently asked questions that address common concerns and provide additional helpful information about ordering on www.timberdiy.com.

What is your return policy?

All our timber is hand sorted for quality, therefor no timber should arrive to you in a poor state. If for some reason a piece slips through our quality checks we will replace that piece as soon as possible when we are next in the area. If you have received the product and not happy with it for some unknown reason then a charge of £100 will be held back from your refund for our driver to return and collect it. If the driver has not unloaded the product yet then a charge of £50 will be deducted to cover the delivery.

How will I know when my delivery will be made?

You will receive a text message the weekend before your delivery date stating that specific date, the driver should then contact you the evening before that date with a rough ETA.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is completely free on all minimum orders, anything under the minimum order will be chargable of £50

What if I haven't ordered enough?

Our sales team always recommend you order 10-15% extra to allow for waste and cuts

If you are short then the same £50 delivery charge applies to any order below minimum order value.

How is it delivered?

Our delivery service is small flat bed 3.5t vans to make sure we can get the delivery down 99% roads across the UK.

Deliveries are a curbside ONLY as the drivers are NOT insured to enter the property or the garden.
